You will be an integral part of the Sales team, who are the front for Red Piranha for our cybersecurity sales, unlocking unparalleled growth opportunities with channel partners and business.  With your strong writing skills and understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, SIEMs, endpoint protection and cloud security, you will support the sales process by providing technical expertise and helping to demonstrate the value of our products and services to potential clients.

In short… your deep understanding and established knowledge of cyber threats, enthusiasm and passion for cyber security, including your strong interpersonal skills (and understanding the importance of 5-star customer care) to support the development of client leads, will hold you in good stead for this Noida based office position.

You will be responsible for 

  • Support the sales team by providing technical expertise to craft sales strategies and ensure alignment on the proposed solutions, helping to demonstrate the value of Red Piranha’s security products or solutions to potential clients.
  • Attend sales meetings as the technical expert to understand and address client questions, and provide tailored cybersecurity solutions that address their security concerns.
  • Conduct presentations and live demonstrations of cybersecurity products, showcasing features and benefits.
  • Work closely with clients to design custom cybersecurity solutions that align with their technical requirements and security objectives.
  • Manage PoCs to ensure that customers can test and validate the proposed solution in their environment.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to respond requests for quotes, proposals and information by providing technical input and solution details.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal technical teams to ensure proper communication and alignment.
  • Prepare technical documentation, solution architecture briefs, presentations and provide to support to clients and the Sales Team, during the negotiation and closing stages
  • Understand the competitive landscape and articulate how Red Piranha’s cybersecurity solutions stand out.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to expand knowledge and promote Red Piranha’s products and services.
  • Serve as the go-to technical resource for addressing client queries during the sales process.


About you

  • Excellent English, verbal and written communication skills (as you will be communicating with our international audience) while delivering a customer centric approach.
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and/or Telecommunication preferred
  • 3+ years of supporting cybersecurity presales or related experience with a proven track record of success
  • Fundamental understanding of and the ability to position Managed XDR Services, Network Detection and Response, Application Security, Cloud Security and OT & IoT Security services (any or many)
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, SIEMs, endpoint protection and cloud security
  • A strong understanding of platform delivered services and how to articulate the value of standardised, centralised and optimised services
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear concise language, verbal and written.
  • A proven track record of supporting the Sales team to excel excelling above expectations in selling into mid and high-end markets and enterprise accounts, involving customised solutions
  • Successfully built relationships with key stakeholders and clients  
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills to craft solutions that are beneficial to the client
  • Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex cybersecurity solutions clearly
  • Quick learner mindset and thinks outside the box, to understand any new solutions that are ready to take to market
  • Meticulous attention to detail, written and verbal communication, while delivering a client -centric approach
  • Experience in managing the pre-sales process, contracting process and legal implications of a deal
  • A need to thrive working in a client facing B2B pre-sales role in a fast paced, complex environment

Clearance Requirements
