Crystal Eye Essentials Module 1: Orchestrate

Crystal Eye Essentials Module 1 provides a practical, hands‑on introduction to Orchestrate, Red Piranha’s central platform for managing products, services, users, and security operations across customers and environments. 

This session is designed for partners, MSPs, and organisations new to Crystal Eye, and focuses on how the platform is used in the real world, from ordering services to managing incidents and customer accounts. 

What Is Orchestrate? 

Orchestrate is the operational backbone of the Red Piranha ecosystem, enabling partners and customers to: 

• Order and manage Crystal Eye products and services 
• Manage staff, customers, and access controls 
• Track incidents, risks, and operational status 
• Access training, certifications, and support 

Module 1 establishes the foundation required to operate Crystal Eye efficiently and confidently.
