About the role

Are you cyber security enthusiast with strong interpersonal skills who is passionate about sales and customer experiences? Do you have a can-do attitude and a proven track record of delivering results?

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who understands the importance of customer-care, networking, lead generation and client management. Additionally, you will have some technical knowledge and a great attention to detail to ensure our current and future clients receive the best customer service and cyber security protections.

You will be responsible for:

  • Lead identification, follow-up activities, client profiling and setting up meetings
  • End-to-end sales process execution i.e. booking meetings, conducting meetings and all follow-ups
  • Secure sales and ongoing service contracts from new and existing customers with a solution-sales mindset
  • Manage new product presentations and product training with current or potential clients
  • On-site visits with potential or current clients to gain detailed understandings of their needs.
  • Provide technical product advice and support on products and services
  • CRM client account management
  • Exceed the minimum sales targets for products and services
  • Collaborate with technical staff and customer success managers to ensure the best customer experience possible is delivered to all clients

The role requirements:

  • Proven experience in a solutions sale’s environment

Working with a team of professionals, in the Next Generation Firewall and Security Industry, you will be responsible for overseeing factory control processes and assembly of security hardware products and testing cutting-edge products that lead the world in performance and reliability.

You will be responsible for:

  • Being part of the design and testing of new firewall security products.
  • Contribute to the development of new products both with internal components working with marketing and design teams to release new products.
  • Analyze customer needs within the Information Security industry to design new product models.
  • Handle assembly and shipping of products from the Perth Facility and oversea factory assembly processes and controls at the Taiwan facility.
  • Identify and define assembly system procedure requirements and provide reports and documentation of these procedures.
  • Prepare and document product quality and stock management policies and procedures as required by relevant.
  • Provide product testing and work with Infrastructure teams and engineering teams to assess, monitor and report outcomes.
  • Engage with executive and technical stakeholders
  • Write comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes and propositions for further system security enhancement

  • Electrical engineering or computer science degree desirable but not essential, passion is the key here.
