We have a team of experts working on our Crystal Eye Consolidated security platform and XDR technology. As an IT technical content specialist, you will have a knack for breaking down complex concepts into digestible content. Whether it's writing technical documentation, writing tenders, or explaining intricate processes, your role is crucial in helping users understand technical information efficiently, so commercial acumen is a must!
If you thrive on the challenge and working in a fast pasted environment, you have a deep understanding of cybersecurity platforms, enthusiasm and passion for cybersecurity and compliance, including your exceptional English, verbal, written and editing will hold you in good stead for this position, must be based in our Noida office (remote working is not offered for this role), this is an opportunity not to be missed.
You will be responsible for
- Develop a deep understanding of our Crystal Eye Consolidated security platform and XDR technology
- Prepare, edit, and revise technical and user documentation for various internal and external projects, ensuring accuracy of product specifications, quality of completeness and compliance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical documentation
- Organizing and managing documentation, including updating and maintaining document libraries and version control systems
- Maintain document repository with version controls for easy and timely access
- Ensuring technical documentation meets regulatory and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with a product manager, project managers, developers, QA and support staff as needed to collect material for documentation
- Work effectively with your coworkers
- Provide progress updates to your Lead and fellow team members
About you
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience of cybersecurity technical content specialist or similar (writing in other industries like journalism, legal, compliance, reviews etc will be considered), must have commercial acumen
- Excellent English, verbal and written communication skills (as you will be communicating with our international audience) while delivering a customer centric approach
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear concise language
- Ability to develop a quick understanding of our cybersecurity technology
- Understand how the software applications works and the SDLC life cycle
- Develop documentation plans to maintain schedules and share documentation status with stakeholders
- Knowledge of working with SharePoint and Microsoft products
- Team player and work effectively with your fellow team members
- Ability to pro-actively and independently identify opportunities
- Quick learner mindset and thinks outside the box, to understand any new solutions that are ready to take to market
