In short… your deep understanding and established knowledge of cyber threats, enthusiasm and passion for cyber security, including your strong interpersonal skills to develop your client leads (including cold calling) and closing deals, will hold you in good stead for this (work from home) position, based on the east coast of the USA.

Key responsibilities

  • Penetration and hunting specific industry and geographic regions to identify to drive the sales for Red Piranha product and services, including end to end sales process execution
  • Track record of success in identifying, cultivating and closing USD$100k+ deals, month on month
  • Identification, cultivation and formalisation of relationships with key partners and 3rd parties involved in the advising on, and selling our cyber security services, products and solutions
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that the sales team is using the most effective strategies and tactics
  • Maintaining a high level of relevant service knowledge to have meaningful conversations with clients; including the industry that the client operates in
  • Collaboratively working with sales teams and solution engineers to successfully position security service and products and ensure closure of the opportunities
  • Being an expert in the art of completing and winning federal government etc tenders, by analysing the requirements, and showcasing the product, services and knowledge within the business  
  • Developing and implementing an opportunity plan, to provide regular check-ins with the primary point of contact and having an established process for getting buy-in from all stakeholders


About you

  • 10+ years of sales related experience with a proven track record of success in cybersecurity
  • Fundamental understanding of and the ability to position Managed XDR Services, Identity and Access Management services, Application Security, Cloud Security and OT & IoT Security services (any or many)
  • A successful track record of winning Managed Services, Systems Integration & Implementation services & Consulting Services
  • A strong understanding of platform delivered services and how to articulate the value of standardised, centralised and optimised services.
  • A proven track record of excelling above expectations in selling into mid and high-end markets and enterprise accounts, involving customised solutions
  • Successfully built relationships with CIOs/ CISOs/ Security Directors
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills to craft solutions that are beneficial to the client
  • Ability to pro-actively and independently identify opportunities; an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Quick learner mindset and thinks outside the box, to understand any new solutions that are ready to take to market
  • Meticulous attention to detail, written and verbal communication, while delivering a customer centric approach
  • Experience in managing the sales process, contracting process and legal implications of a deal
  • A need to thrive working in a customer facing B2B sales role in a face paced, complex environment
  • Lastly, you are energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated with the drive to succeed!


Clearance Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain an USA Police Clearance
  • Must have full USA working rights.
