The Latest Red Piranha News
|
Hello from the Team, here’s what we’ve been up to!
May was a fantastic month at Red Piranha, and it’s all thanks to your continued support and trust in what we do.
We celebrated the official launch of Crystal Eye 5.5, our most advanced version yet. It was a proud moment for the team, followed by a series of successful Regional and Online Partner Events where we demonstrated the latest features and updates. We recently organised the Crystal Eye Essentials Module 1 and 2 webinars providing hands-on training to our partners and clients taking them through Orchestrate and further demonstrating Crystal Eye 5.5. These events and webinars were a great opportunity to connect, collaborate, and share our vision for the future of cybersecurity.
As a company deeply rooted in Australia, we were thrilled to participate in Australian Made Week. From our cutting-edge Crystal Eye technology to our dedicated local team, we’re committed to delivering top-tier solutions while supporting our homegrown economy.
We also had the honour of joining the ACS WA Tech Summit 2025: Innovation for a New Era as an Impact Industry Partner and participated in CyberWest Summit 2025, both key events that brought together innovators, leaders, and changemakers from across the cybersecurity sector.

Service Spotlight: Stay Ahead with SD-WAN Monitoring in Crystal Eye 5.5
|
 |
Managing VPNs across remote sites, hybrid teams, and cloud setups isn’t easy. Problems often show up after users complain and by then, it’s already hurting productivity.
That’s where Crystal Eye SD-WAN Monitoring comes in. It gives your team a real-time window into VPN health, with live graphs, smart alerts, and built-in SLA tracking all in one place.
What can you expect?
- Get notified the moment a tunnel slows down or goes offline
- See delay, packet loss, and downtime trends over time
- Create profiles for each VPN tunnel with custom alert settings
- Auto-send alerts to your SOC and team emails
- View reports anytime to check compliance and fix recurring issues
This tool is built for simplicity and speed. You just log in, set up a profile with your VPN type (IPSec or WireGuard), enter the IPs you want to monitor, define your SLA thresholds, and you're good to go. The system keeps watch 24/7 sending alerts to your inbox and CESOC whenever something crosses the line. Plus, all alerts and logs are saved automatically, with 90 days of data retention and easy access to performance trends. It’s monitoring that actually helps your team take action before things go wrong.
Crystal Eye’s SD-WAN Monitoring makes sure you’re the first to know when something breaks, not the last.
