About the role

We are seeking a creative, tech savvy, organised, efficient and motivated Marketing Coordinator with a flair for graphic designing, who has exception talent to coordinate and brings our brand to life through digital, print and eCommerce channels. You will support marketing team on campaigns, social media design and management, draft press releases, monitor media coverage, write internal communication, while working closely with the wider creative and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Marketing Coordinator: Coordinate campaign timelines and executions, support event planning, manage content calendars, help maintain our website and intranet
  •  Public Relations & Communication: draft press releases, manage media lists, monitor media coverage, write internal comms
  •  Graphic Design & Branding: Design and deliver on-brand visual assets, marketing materials, and campaign designs, to support brand visibility, sales growth, and customer engagement.
  •  Digital Marketing Assets: Design campaigns under brand guidelines, creative materials for digital and print (social media, banners, EDM’s brochures etc), ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.


About you

  •  Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related or related fields.
  •  Min 3+ years professional experience as a marketing coordinator experience
  •  Tech savvy across all graphic design tools with a strong portfolio showcasing a
    range of creative work in cybersecurity, technology or similar.
  •  Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  •  Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the
    development of and maintenance of professional and productive relationships
    with both internal and external stakeholders
  •  Strong understanding of cybersecurity for brand positioning.
  •  Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, with knowledge of video editing and digital
    design best practices.
  •  Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, After Effects, Premiere Pro
  •  Comfortable exploring and implementing AI tools into design workflows.
  •  Basic knowledge of web platforms (WordPress, Joomla or similar)
  •  Understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
  •  Exceptional attention to detail, with a passion for storytelling and consistency
    across brand touchpoints.
  •  Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced,
    deadline driven environment
  •  Self-motivated and capable of working independently and can also work with a
    creative team, with the drive to succeed.
  •  Strong collaboration, multitasking, communication skills and project
    management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
