Myriad 2017 is an event that focuses on bringing together the best talent, industry leaders and technology innovators based out of Australia and elsewhere. The objective of having this event/conference is to create a platform to identify and harness local talent in the Asia-pacific region. Myriad will feature speakers hailing from diverse fields and enable its participants to get exposed to interactive sessions, fireside chats and more. Some of the industry experts who will speak on the opening night are Peter Schwartz, Futurist & Co-Founder, General Business Network, Tamzin Taylor, Head of Apps for Western Europe, Google Play – Google, Taavi Kotka, CIO of Estonia and Pip Marlow, CEO Strategic Innovation, Suncorp.
The three day event would start on March 29, 2017 and end on March 31, 2017. It will be held at the iconic Brisbane Powerhouse in New Farm.
The organizers intend to boost interactions at the community level by encouraging the participants to use the Myriad App through which they can connect to other participants and widen their connections on a global scale. The Myriad App would also provide real time updates regarding the various activities that would take place.
The workshop is assumed to be the most interesting and informative section featured at Myriad 2017. Admission to these workshops are on first come basis. As far as the stats provided by the organizers, the event will accommodate more than 2000 attendees and more than 100 speakers.
Another unique part of Myriad 2017 will be that it will create a platform for start-ups to widen their horizons and get a chance to connect to over 75 investors representing more than $10 billion funds under their respective management.
